Why Homeowners Call Us Back
You have probably dealt with a contractor who stopped answering the phone. Or one who sent a crew you had never met, left a mess in the driveway, and called it finished when it clearly was not.
That is not how we work. Mike and Tyler are on the job personally, start to finish. We do not subcontract the core work away, and we do not walk off a job that is not 110 percent complete.
When we leave, your property is cleaner than we found it. We want your home to look like our own home.

Read Our Google Reviews
Tyler and team helped me with drywall work and various other projects around my house. I was able to workshop solutions to problems in my home with Tyler effectively, and Tyler explained several options for each issue and pros/cons of each. Overall, quality work, highly communicative throughout, efficient and fairly priced.

FAQ
Are you licensed and insured in Maryland?
Yes. We hold MHIC License #108101 and we are fully insured. You can verify the license through the Maryland Home Improvement Commission before you hire anyone, and we would encourage you to do that with any contractor.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Every job comes with a 10 year labor warranty, plus the manufacturer warranty on the materials. Most residential contractors do not offer labor coverage anywhere close to that.
Do you use subcontractors?
No, not on the core work. Mike and Tyler are on the job personally from the estimate through the final walkthrough, so the people you meet are the people doing the work.
Why are there not many reviews on your profile yet?
Our Google Business Profile is new. We have been in business since 2006 and have grown almost entirely through referrals in Anne Arundel County, so most of our track record lives in word of mouth rather than online.
How do I leave a review?
Click the Leave a Review button on this page and it takes you straight to our Google Business Profile. If you can mention the specific work we did and your neighborhood, that helps other homeowners nearby know what to expect.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Edgewater, Annapolis, and Anne Arundel County, including Arnold, Severna Park, Millersville, Crofton, Glen Burnie, Pasadena, Severn, Crownsville, Annapolis Neck, and Bowie. Call us and we will tell you straight whether your address is in our range.
