Yes — we pull all required Anne Arundel County permits before work starts. The permit fee is included in your written estimate.

Trucks and a dumpster on-site early. Heavy noise during tear-off. We protect landscaping with tarps. Cars should move out of the driveway. We do a final walk-through with you before we leave.
