Pricing, Estimates, and Budgets
How much does a home improvement project cost in Edgewater or Annapolis?
Cost depends on the size of the project, the materials involved, and the current condition of what we’re replacing or repairing. We walk every job in person before giving a number, so you get an accurate estimate instead of a guess over the phone.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Every estimate is free. Mike or Tyler will walk the project with you, answer your questions, and give you a straight assessment with no pressure to sign anything on the spot.
What affects the price of my project the most?
The scope of work and the materials you choose have the biggest impact. A straightforward repair costs far less than a full remodel, and the materials you select for flooring, cabinetry, or siding will move the number up or down.
Can I get a ballpark price over the phone?
We can give you a rough range for common projects, but a firm number always requires an in-person walkthrough. Every home and every project is different, and we would rather see it than guess.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
We are not able to speak to payment options over the phone or online, call us directly and we can talk through what makes sense for your project.
Timelines and Process
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by service and scope. A single room repaint moves much faster than a full kitchen remodel, and we will give you a realistic timeline once we have seen the job and understand the full scope.
Will I need to be out of the house during the work?
For most interior projects, you can stay in your home. For larger renovations like a full kitchen or bathroom remodel, we will talk through what makes sense for your household before we start.
What does your process look like from first call to finished job?
You call for a free estimate, Mike or Tyler comes out to walk the project with you, and once you approve the scope we schedule the work. We do not leave until the job is 110% complete and the site is clean.
Do you clean up the job site when the work is done?
Yes, every time. We leave your property cleaner than we found it, whether that’s a full remodel or a single repair.
Can I speak directly with the owners during my project?
Yes. Mike and Tyler are the ones on your job site from the estimate through the final walkthrough. You are not handed off to a sales rep or a subcontracted crew.
Licensing, Permits, and Trust
Are you licensed and insured in Maryland?
Yes. We are licensed and insured under MHIC #108101 through the Maryland Home Improvement Commission. You can verify our license directly through the state’s licensing lookup.
Who handles permits for my project in Anne Arundel County?
We manage the permitting process for projects that require it, so you do not have to navigate county requirements on your own.
Do you subcontract the work to other crews?
